Optional sizes to meet non-standard design needs

We support custom lengths, widths, and thicknesses, with sizes ranging from 1220 x 610 mm to 2440 x 1220 mm, and thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 30 mm. This is particularly suitable for the dimensional control requirements of custom-shaped furniture, precision packaging, and custom decorative panels.

Flexible customization of ply numbers and core material

Select from 3, 5, 7, or even 13-ply structures based on load-bearing requirements and budget. Core materials can be selected from poplar, eucalyptus, pine, or composite materials to meet diverse customer requirements for weight, stability, and environmental performance. We also support multiple structural combinations, including single-sided and double-sided lamination and double-sided veneer. Diverse surface finishes to meet both decorative and functional needs.

We offer a variety of surface treatments, including:

We offer different grades of glue and environmental standards based on the environmental requirements of the exporting country or end customer, including E0, E1, CARB P2 (US market), or JAS (Japanese market). The glue brand, mix ratio, and test report can be confirmed before ordering to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the intended use.

Flexible packaging and shipping methods

Customizable pallet size, packaging methods (heat shrink film, iron strapping, labeling), and container loading are available. For export customers, we offer ocean-ready moisture-proof treatment and multilingual labeling to ensure safe transportation and fast sorting upon arrival.

Proofing Service and Batch Consistency Guarantee

We offer small-batch proofing services to help customers verify the feel, color, and finish of the panels. All proofing parameters will be rigorously replicated during production, undergoing CCD testing and manual verification to ensure consistency between the final batch and the sample.
